About my approach
Technical curiosity, with people in mind
An alert needs to be understood. A policy needs context. A request needs a clear next step.
My interests connect fire alarms and emergency communication with disability rights and public information. I look at both how a system works and how people use it.
My background includes administrative support, social media and brand work, and legislative research. At The MENTOR Network, I helped develop a fire drill log documenting exit routes across 159 group home sites.
